This was the first Christmas market in Acorn Road, hopefully to become an annual occurrance. We were asked if we could provide music to accompany the shoppers.  We started off with Daisy who played for 40 minutes, until her fingers froze.  Afterwards, Adam performed on guitar, while Fiona, his sister shook the donation bucket for us.  Then Julian played acoustic guitar along with Anna on the clarinet, with a medley of Christmas songs.  They were followed by Max, who came along with his younger sister Moi Moi.  Max played carols on the trumpet and then Moi Moi played her first public performance on violin.  Moi Moi does not read music and plays all her music by ear.  All the way through our performances, Molly collected donations in the bucket.  We had a wonderful time, and lots of people (about 50) stopped to listen and give donations.  All the musicians and supporters were rewarded with hot chocolate.
